Previous experience of supporting staff or schools:

Within Charles Dickens I have mentored Schools Direct students, NQTs and worked with more experienced teachers to develop their practice. Further afield, I have supported teachers in Key Stage 2 in schools across Southwark with planning and teaching of Mathematics and English. I have also run a three day “Mathematics Beyond the NQT Year” course for Southwark for the past three years.

Any other relevant information:

I am an accredited Lead Practitioner (SSAT 2014) for English and Mathematics. I have experience in designing Assessment systems and providing associated training and have myself had Assessment training from Dylan Wiliam. This year I am developing my interest in Research in schools by running a Journal club, a Lesson Study Project (with support from the IoE) and supporting teachers with their own Action Research projects.
