We are seeking an innovative and influential person who can lead, manage and develop the newly established Southwark Teaching School Alliance (STSA).

This is an exciting step forward for the STSA as we develop our work. As a newly established teaching school (2015), we are determined to establish a strong teaching community based on integrity, effective collaboration, powerful system leadership and responsive to local needs of schools. We require a highly effective strategist to develop and influence relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the sustained success of the Teaching School and its Alliance.

You will need to be a highly motivated individual with previous experience of working with and influencing Senior Leaders of Education or similar leaders of complex organisations. You should have a proven track record of writing bids and securing sponsorship as well as excellent project management, IT and communication skills.
