Children from Crampton Primary

Our vision

What do we believe?

We are a welcoming collaborative of schools who believe in the collective power of working across phases and settings. We believe that all schools have something to offer to the alliance, and through everyone’s commitment of time and energy, we can improve the quality of education in our schools and beyond, empowering children, parents, teachers, and leaders.

What do we want to achieve?

Our ultimate goal is improved learning, outcomes and life chances for all young people, and greater educational equity across the system.

How do we plan to achieve it?

We will achieve our goals through:

  1. Valuing and making use of local school-based expertise, as an effective and value for money approach to school improvement
  2. Sharing good practice across schools and connecting local best practice with what’s known from research
  3. Generating new teaching and learning solutions through teacher-led enquiry and research
