Leading Impact is a bespoke NPQSL programme, delivered with The Future Leaders Trust. It focuses on providing aspiring and new senior leaders with the skills and experiences to lead real impact in school. It will be delivered at Charles Dickens Primary School between October 2016 and June 2017. The lead facilitator for the course is Sue Raynor, Leadership Coach at the Future Leaders Trust.
Sue has spent her entire teaching career in inner or outer-London schools. She has over 20 years of senior leadership experience, including headship of two London schools. Sue has undertaken a variety of leadership support roles since 2007, also training senior teams, middle leaders and governing bodies in key areas such as strategic planning and monitoring and reviewing systems. Sue works on a consultancy basis as a Challenge Adviser in south-east Wales (school improvement partner).
In addition to the core seven days of training, trainees have access to the Future Leaders’ online network, the option to attend Future Leaders training events and receive dedicated support from The Future Leaders Trust’s staff.
